Christmas Walk – Home for the Holidays
The Chamber has been hosting this magical community tradition since 1989. Please make it a part of your family tradition this year and always. Events include free trolley and horse-drawn carriage rides, tree lighting ceremony with Village President Brian LeClercq, silent fire truck parade and Santa House. Join us Downtown and at Mason Square on Friday, December 7 from
4-9pm and Saturday, December 8 from 10-2pm.

• Breakfast with Santa is brought to you in conjunction with Rotary Club of Oswego and Oswego Family YMCA. It includes a pancake breakfast and free games, entertainment, crafts and picture with Santa provided by Images by Joseph. Please bring the whole family on Saturday, December 8, at Traughber Junior High from 8-10:30am. Tickets are $5.00 each or $15.00 for a family of four or more.

• Keepsake ornaments are crafted each year for Christmas Walk to commemorate an important landmark of the community. This year's ornament will feature the Veteran's Memorial. A signing by the artist, Keaton Schoenecker, will take place on Saturday, December 8 at Village Hall from 10-2pm. The keepsake ornament is $13.95. Supplies are limited.

• Holiday Cookie Walk is a tasty tradition whereby guests who purchase this year's decorative tin can visit participating downtown merchants and fill it with freshly baked cookies. Cookie walk tins are available for purchase at The Marmalade Tree, Periwinkles, Village Grind and Breakfast with Santa for $8.95 each. The event takes place on Saturday, December 8 from 10-1pm.

Chamber 2008
The Chamber continues to work hard to be your most valuable business asset. To further enhance your Chamber value, there are many new initiatives being launched in the new year, which include:

  1. A fresh look for the website that will include more information in an easy to find format.
  2. A fresh look mirrored in our newsletter.  Content is also being totally transformed. We hope you find it more cohesive, consistent and intriguing.
  3. A new Government Affairs team that will report at least monthly to our members on business critical issues in Oswego and Kendall County.
  4. A professionally facilitated Board Retreat to improve our organization, develop new member benefits and establish goals for the future.

Helping our members continue to grow and prosper is always our new year’s resolution. We hope you enjoy the new improvements and actively participate in continuing to move the Chamber forward.
